This SMS program is used for non-marketing Customer Care messages only, including appointment reminders, injection reminders, scheduling-related follow-up, and service support.
Patients are not primarily enrolled through website self-signup. The standard opt-in method is verbal consent provided to staff during intake, scheduling, or a follow-up interaction.
If the patient agrees, staff confirm the patient's mobile number, document consent with date/time in the internal application, and enable SMS reminders only after consent is recorded.
By providing verbal consent to staff, the patient agrees to receive non-marketing appointment reminders, injection reminders, scheduling text messages, and related service communications from Rex Pharmacy, Inc.
